Inspired by the ‘Oriental Brocade Bag’, this wine packaging box features a handheld trapezoidal structure. The arched top handle is die-cut from 2mm recycled kraft paper laminated with film, capable of bearing 15kg without deformation. The exterior showcases a large expanse of Chinese red as the base colour, embossed with an all-over pattern of the auspicious ‘return character’ motif, finished with a matte laminate to resist fingerprints. The front and back centres feature the calligraphic phrase ‘AGOOD FORTUNE’ in gold foil stamping, with a gold layer thickness of 0.12 μm, offering a soft yet distinguished sheen. Triangular side flaps fold inward to form a self-locking base, achieving structural integrity without adhesive for both environmental sustainability and strength. Internal removable E-flute dividers securely hold one 750ml wine bottle and two champagne flutes, ensuring zero collision during transit. The handle stands 120 mm tall, with a 0.8 mm curved indentation at the finger contact point for comfortable grip. Biodegradable PLA anti-slip pads are affixed to the four corners of the base, ensuring stable and silent stacking. The unfolded volume of the entire box is 35% smaller than traditional carrier bags. Produced in a single operation by an automatic gluing machine, it is ideal for festive occasions and corporate gifts. Upon opening, it instantly conveys the auspicious meaning of ‘good fortune at the door’.
